The dynamics of civil society initiatives are intensifying and creating new situations that require new public definitions and policy arrangements which would ensure wider cultural diffusion and institutional pluralism. In order to contribute to the mentioned needs, enhance participation in forming of innovative cultural policies and other related policies and building and strengthening of organizations' capacities for the development of contemporary artistic and cultural praxis, the Foundation is also working on the development of new models of institutions and advocates their implementation.

On the one hand, Kultura Nova is developing the concept of emerging socio-cultural centres based on the new model of civil-public partnership which could manage the local infrastructure intended for transdisciplinary needs of culture, civil society organizations and of the local community.

On the other hand, the Foundation, in cooperation with civil society organizations, focuses on establishment of the Regional center for education, research and development of arts and culture. By creating prerequisites for the establishing and opening of the Center, a new spatial resource shall be ensured that will be available for various users for research and educational work, as well as for the elaboration of their cultural and artistic ideas and projects. Should the Center be placed in one of the existing abandoned architectural heritage edifices in the coastal area and be reconstructed, new contents for the local community would be produced and the conditions for economical growth would be met, alongside contributing to the development of new values.
