2. Cookies settings

a) What are cookies?

This website uses “cookies”. Cookies are small text files stored in the memory of your device via your browser. They store certain data (e.g. used language or site preferences) that your browser can transfer again to us (depending on the cookies duration span) next time you visit our website.

b) What cookies do we use?

There are two categories of cookies: (1) functional cookies, without which the functionality of our website would be reduced and (2) additional cookies that are used for website analysis with the goal of getting an overview of the number of visitors at the website.

c) Subject to your consent

We use additional cookies only with your previous consent. When you visit our website for the first time, a notification will appear that will ask for your consent to embed additional cookies. In case you have given your consent, we place the cookie onto your computer, and the ad will not appear again while the cookie is activated. After the duration span of the cookie runs out, or if you actively erase the cookie, the ad will reappear the next time you visit our website and ask you again for the consent.

d) How to stop cookies embedding

Of course, you can use our website without embedding the cookies. You can adjust of completely deactivate use of cookies in your browser at any time. However, this can result in reduced functionality or have a negative impact on accessibility of our website. You can cancel embedding additional cookies at any time.

3. Using cookies

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of the Google Inc. Company, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“) at our website.

Google analyses your use of our website on our behalf. We use the above-described cookies for this purpose. The data that Google collects and that is related to your use of our website (e.g. initial URL, our website that you visited, the browser you used, your language settings, your operating system, your display resolution) is transferred to a Google server in the USA, where they are stored and analyzed. The result is given to us in anonymous form. In so doing, information on your use is not linked to your full IP address. We have activated the Google IP anonymization function at our website.

You can retract your consent for web analysis at any time by downloading and installing the available Google browser add on or you can edit your consents and embed an opt-out cookie. Both options block web analysis as long as you are using the browser on which you installed the add on and you do not delete the opt-out cookie.

In accordance with our possibilities, we have configurated third-party services and content for our purposes in a manner in which any other communication, besides providing their services at our website, is blocked, or communication occurs after you have actively chosen to use the corresponding service. However, considering the fact that we do not have control over data that is collected and processed by third parties, we are not in the position to provide obligatory information about the purpose and aim of such processing of your data.
