The fourth convocation of the Board of Directors was appointed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia at the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Media, Nina Obuljen Koržinek, PhD, at the session held on June 6th, 2024, when she adopted the Decision on the Appointment of the Members of the Board of Directors of the "Kultura nova" Foundation, consisting of: Ivan Batoš, Maša Kolar, Romana Matanovac Vučković and Valentina Radoš for a four-year term. The fifth member of the Foundation's Board of Directors, Orsat Franković, was appointed on February 14th, 2019 for a four-year term, and upon the expiration of the first term on March 22, 2023, he was reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors for the next four-year period. At the constituent session of the Board of Directors, held on June 17th, 2024, Romana Matanovac Vučković was unanimously elected as the president of the Board of Directors, and Orsat Franković as her deputy.
