In accordance with the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette 25/13), all physical and legal persons have the right of access to information.

Request for access to information

Request for access to information can be submitted exclusively in written form using the Kultura Nova Foundation access to information application, and it can be sent to the Foundation via e-mail or post at the Foundation’s address.

In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Right of Access to Information and the criteria for determining the fees from Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Right of Access to Information (Official Gazette 172/03, 144/10 and 38/11), a public body has the right to ask the submitter compensation of real material costs arisen from information providing, as well as compensation of delivery costs of the requested information.
