Accessibility Statement
Kultura Nova Foundation strives to make its official website accessible in accordance with the Act on Accessibility of Republic of Croatia Public Sector Bodies’ Websites and Mobile Applications (Official Gazette No. 17/19; in further text: Act) that conveys the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/2102 Directive dating from October 26th 2016 on the accessibility of public sector bodies’ websites and mobile applications (SL L 327, 2.12.2016.).
This Accessibility Statement is applicable to the official website of Kultura Nova Foundation that is located at the https://kulturanova.hr/ address.
Degree of harmonization
The Foundation’s official website https://kulturanova.hr/ is mostly harmonized with the Act and Kultura Nova Foundation in working on removing the detected discrepancy that is stated below.

The content stated below is inaccessible because it is not harmonized with the Act:
- Moving through the website content and its use is not possible using only the keyboard
Kultura Nova Foundation is working on removing the detected discrepancy and is in the process of redesigning the official website that will include further adjustment of digital accessibility.
Preparation of this Accessibility Statement
This statement was composed on September 4th 2020, using the accessibility statement template that is in accordance with the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/2102 Directive on the accessibility of public sector bodies’ websites and mobile applications, and is confirmed by the Commission’s (EU) 2018/1523 Executive Decision.
Harmonization assessment with the accessibility requirements is the result of Kultura Nova Foundation self-assessment.
The statement was reviewed for the first time on September 4th 2020. Kultura Nova Foundation will review this statement on a regular basis as it removes the reasons because of which certain content was inaccessible.
Last time the statement was reviewed was on September 17th 2020. Kultura Nova Foundation removed the following reasons for inaccessibility of certain content that were detected on September 4th 2020:
- The option of turning on the font for people with dyslexia is not possible
- Links on the homepage that are situated under the topic names are not highlighted in any other way besides with color so the user does not immediately recognize that these are links
- The option of changing the website contrast is not possible.
