Orsat Franković
Orsat Franković is a graphic designer with a degree from Design Studies at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Zagreb and an MA (RCA) from the Royal College of Art in London. He is the founder and creative director of the Laboratorium studio and later on, of the Flomaster studio with 25 years of experience in development of creative concepts by combining shaping methodologies and interdisciplinary approach in his work. He is the author of a number of acclaimed solutions in the field of visual communication shaping, and he has dedicated a large part of his professional engagement to the fields of culture and cooperation with the civil sector. He is the winner of numerous internationally acclaimed awards such as ICOGRADA Excellence Award, AICA, ZGRAF Grand Prix, European Design Award and many others. He was the project manager of the 2020 European Capital of Culture candidacy of the City of Dubrovnik. He is a year-long member of the Croatian Designers Association where he was also a member and vice-president of its Board of Directors.
