Ksenija Zec has been continuously working as a choreographer, author of dance and theatre plays and as an associate for scene movement in theatre plays in most of Croatian theatre institutions since the end of her formal education. Author projects she produced in numerous independent artistic organizations (Zagreb Dance Company, Studio - contemporary dance company, Barutana Independent Art Scene, TALA Dance Center, De Facto Theatre Company, 21:21 Artistic Organization) have been played at numerous guest shows in Croatia and abroad. Through her year-long cooperation with the Theatrical company of the blind and visually impaired NEW LIFE she is developing a work method with blind artists. She is the winner of prominent awards such as the Croatian Theatre Award for best choreography (2004, The Same). She is a professor at the Academy of Drama Art at the University of Zagreb where she teaches scene movement. She is a member of numerous expert committees out of which she points out taking part in the initial committees for the establishment of Dance Studies at the Academy of Drama Art at the University of Zagreb, and she has been a member of the Committee for the establishment and carrying out of a study programme from the dance art field within the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sport since 2008.

Ksenija Zec is the president of the Board of Directors.
